Hours:  10 hours (Kitchen prep will be, on average, between the hours of 8a.m. and 10a.m. Monday through Friday.  There will occasionally be special events happening on campus that may increase this time by an hour or two)

Description: The Kitchen Prep Work-study will come in early mornings to help prepare food for that day’s service.  This will include preparing grab-and-go sandwiches and salads, preparing items as needed for the lunch hour, and helping with preparing that day’s specials.  Work-study will also clean work area and wash/sanitize dishes used.
