Graduation Information

The University of Montana - Helena College of Technology proudly announces the

2012 Graduation Ceremony

Saturday, May 5th at 11:00 a.m.

Capital High School Gymnasium

100 Valley Drive. 

A reception will follow in the Student Center on the Donaldson Campus.

If your family members need seating on the floor instead of in the stands, please call 444-6897 for reservations.

Photography services will be provided by Mathis Photography.  Call 442-3686 for more information.

Graduation announcements are available for purchase at the UM-Helena Bookstore.

Caps and gowns are ready for pick up at the UM-Helena Bookstore.

Graduates:  Rehearsal will be held at 6:00 p.m., Friday, May 4th in the CHS Gym.  Graduates are strongly encouraged to attend.

Steps to apply for Graduation:

1. Pick up an official Application for Certificate or Degree from the ACCESS Center, Registrar’s Office, or Airport Main Office. A separate application must be filled out for each degree you plan on receiving.
2. Meet with your Program Advisor to provide a degree completion review and receive Advisor signature. (Students are encouraged to bring an unofficial transcript)
3. Return completed application, with $25 fee, to the Cashier’s Office in the by due dates as outlined below.

Spring 2012 Graduates

Completed Graduation Applications are due to the Cashier by

Friday, December 2, 2011*

*Applications received after these dates cannot be guaranteed graduation for the intended semester.
